Responsibilities：

• Perform daily tasks including health check, monitoring, restore, replacement and others according to the operation procedures.
• Work with other vendors and service providers in regular maintenance, software and hardware upgrade and troubleshooting.
• Assist in preparing test plans, user guides, training, and operation manuals related to hardware and software products.
• Support monthly patch update for Windows, Linux and VMware ESXi servers.
• Participate in the implementation of IT infrastructure related projects.
• Support the IT infrastructure set-up for BCP drill test.
• Provide up-to-date progress report to the supervisor and communicate with other team members to keep abreast of the work progress.
• 2-3 years Information Technology experience in Banking/Finance and/or Accounting industry with solid exposure in above-mentioned duties and responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience in MS Windows, Linux, VMware, Veeam, Active Directory, NetBackup, MS Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, SolarWinds, Distributed File System, AirWatch, etc.
