Your new role

• Draft and prepare administrative sections of lending proposals (background information, formatting, approval tracking)
• Respond to basic client and internal enquiries on flow products (e.g. rates, campaigns, premium financing terms)
• Support internal tools and engagement, including margin what-if" scenarios and new AUM transfers
• Assist in loan booking and coordinate with Operations
• Prepare product updates and key client risk tracking reports
• Maintain and update standard marketing decks and product materials
• Support data operations, platform maintenance, and automation initiatives
• Assist in applying AI tools (e.g. data analysis, workflow automation, reporting enhancement) to improve efficiency
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance data-driven insights

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related discipline preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, fintech
• May be open to Fresh Grads with strong technical, AI, or data-related disciplines.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to support data analysis, reporting, and basic automation / AI-driven workflows
• Basic understanding of lending / financing products (training can be provided)
