The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as ‘HKSR’) is a pioneer in rehabilitation

dedicated to providing holistic and personalized services to empower persons with disabilities,

chronic illnesses or challenges of aging to lead fulfilling lives, and to advocate for an inclusive society.

We are a non-governmental organization receiving subvention from government and funds from

DHC Express aims to provide primary healthcare services including health promotion, assessment

and patient empowerment program to enhance the public awareness on disease prevention and the

capacity in the self-management of health through the public-private partnership.

Digital Technology Officer

(Ref: DTO_DHCE-ST_JUN26)

Key responsibilities:

 Responsible for the installation, maintenance and upgrade of software and hardware of the computers,

kiosks and health equipment in the workplace

 Responsible for the IT application support, including mobile app, DHC eHealth system and in-

house operation system (PMS)

 Implement and maintain IT security measures

 Provide general end-user support and IT administration

 Process procurement and inventory of IT related items

 Coordinate with the services provided by outsourced IT companies

 Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

 Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline

 Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

 Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, end-user support and application system support

 Experience in Windows 11, MS Office, Windows Server & Active Directory

 Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

 Experience in router, switch, firewall, WIFI AP, VPN is an added advantage

 Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded and good team player

The successful candidate will normally be appointed on contract terms. Renewal of contract will be

subject to the service/operational needs of the department and the candidate’s performance.
