Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and guests' enquiries
Provide administrative support in preparing reports and records keeping
Shift duties will be required
Requirements
F.5 or above, Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or related discipline
Experience in hotel or service industry will be preferred
Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Good in using Microsoft Word & Excel
Fresh graduates will also be welcomed
