About the Company

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the overall management of warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient inbound, inventory, and outbound processes, while maintaining high standards of productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and customer service.

About the Role

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counting, stock take coordination, and timely resolution of inventory discrepancies.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational targets, maintain discipline, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Monitor warehouse performance indicators, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and security requirements to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and service providers to ensure smooth operational flow and timely execution of warehouse activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization projects, and warehouse system enhancements to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution centre, or 3PL warehouse operations is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control processes, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in shift and a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG, distribution centre, or 3PL warehouse operations is highly preferred.
