SINEGY is a Securities Commission Malaysia–regulated Digital Asset Exchange (DAX), providing a secure and transparent platform for trading digital assets in Malaysia. About the Role

As we continue to expand, our daily operational volume is scaling quickly. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented generalist who can concurrently manage a diverse set of responsibilities across Customer Support, Client Onboarding, and Treasury Settlement.

This position uniquely blends client-facing communication with meticulous, time-sensitive financial operations. To handle this multi-faceted workload effectively, you should be highly organized, comfortable pivoting between different daily tasks, and deeply committed to maintaining complete accuracy under tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Manage our incoming support queue via email/chat. You will troubleshoot platform issues, answer account inquiries, and provide clear, professional solutions to our users.
  • Client Onboarding: Own the end-to-end onboarding workflow for new accounts. You will review documentation, perform standard verification checks, and ensure a seamless, professional setup process for our clients.
  • Treasury Settlement: Work closely with our finance team to execute time-sensitive treasury settlements, manage cash movements, and ensure accurate record-keeping across our internal systems.
  • General Operations: Handle day-to-day administrative and operational functions as required to support team efficiency and keep workflows moving smoothly.


What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer success, or financial administration. Experience in a fast-paced fintech, banking, or corporate treasury environment is highly preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, database management, and comfort using standard ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication. You can write clearly and precisely, whether you are helping a client navigate an issue or reporting settlement data to internal teams.
  • Execution & Time Management: A proven ability to manage your own schedule, block out time for deep-focus treasury work, and meet strict daily settlement cut-offs without losing momentum in the support queue.
