Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott’s Group Asia business, based in Kuala Lumpur and helping shape strategy across the region. From here, we support a portfolio of trusted food and snacking brands that are part of everyday life across Asia.

Our brands include Campbell’s, Prego, Kimball, Cheong Chan, Swanson, GoodTime, and Nyam Nyam, and we’re part of the wider Arnott’s family that includes Tim Tam, Shapes, and Farm Bake Cookies. This role is based in Malaysia and plays a key leadership role in driving commercial growth and execution.


Summary of the role

As Sales Director, you’ll lead the Malaysia sales organisation to deliver sustainable growth across channels, customers, and distributors. You’ll own the sales strategy and execution agenda, balancing revenue delivery, channel performance, trade investment, customer partnerships, and team capability to strengthen our market position.


What you’ll be doing

  • Sales strategy & business delivery: lead the overall sales agenda for Malaysia, translating business goals into clear channel, customer, and execution plans that deliver volume, value, and profitable growth.
  • Channel & customer leadership: drive strong performance across General Trade, Modern Trade, and distributor networks, building high-quality customer relationships and ensuring disciplined route-to-market execution.
  • Team leadership & capability building: lead, coach, and develop the sales team through managers, building strong commercial discipline, succession strength, and a high-performance culture.
  • Cross-functional commercial leadership: partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Category teams to align on growth priorities, pricing, promotions, customer plans, and service performance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of commercial or sales leadership experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods.
  • Strong track record leading sales across Malaysia, with solid exposure to both General Trade and Modern Trade.
  • Proven experience managing distributors, key customers, and route-to-market strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen in areas such as trade investment, pricing, customer negotiations, sales forecasting, and channel strategy.
