Responsibilities:
Post Support (50%)
Act as the main point of contact between supported Posts and the Management Team, managing operational and IT issues.
Analyse EMS, Air Parcel, and Tracked Packet data using BI tools and weekly reports to identify performance-impacting issues.
Develop and implement rapid solutions with Posts, measuring effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Produce weekly performance summaries for the Head of Network Operations, outlining issues, actions, timelines, and escalation needs.
Manage database uploads for expansion and production environments, including validation, monitoring, and data cleansing coordination.
Develop robust Peak Period plans with Posts, ensuring sufficient capacity, contingency measures, and manpower.
Provide on-site support during Peak periods and participate in postal facility audits. Also contribute to Joint Working Sessions and senior management meetings. Collaborate with the Head of Network Operations to develop recommendations for Posts.
Assigned Operations Programme (25%)
Execute tasks aligned with programme objectives and provide analytical support and reporting to ensure smooth programme implementation.
Collaborate with Posts, suppliers, and team members to coordinate programme activities.
Preparation Meetings & Other Projects (25%)
Deliver training to Posts on data management, reporting algorithms, and Company systems.
Support user acceptance testing and tool familiarization.
Prepare professional materials including presentations, scorecards, decision papers, and advisory papers.
