Established in 1998, Gary Cheng CPA Limited is a leading local professional accounting firm in Hong Kong serving both private companies and public listed companies in Hong Kong as well as multinational corporations.
You will need to do:
Provide all-rounded human resources and administration support, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc;
Assist in the recruitment cycle, including job ads posting, CV screening, scheduling interview and contract preparation;
Plan and execute employee relations activities and events;
Handle payroll, MPF administration and on/offboard arrangements;
Maintain and update personnel files, leave records and attendance records accurately;
Assist in preparing HR related reports for management review;
Ensure all procedures comply with the Employment Ordinance, Company policies and Employee Handbook procedures;
Handle ad hoc HR & Admin projects as assigned.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently;
Proactive with positive attitude and good communication skills;
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
1 year of contract and is renewable or good performer may be converted to permanent role;
A completion / end-of-contract bonus will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract
