The Talent

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Progress toward or completion of a recognized accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
• At least 5 years of experience in General Ledger, financial reporting, or tax
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and engage with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a multinational or regional finance team
• Hands-on experience with Blackline or similar reconciliation tools
• Exposure to internal and external audits, as well as local tax reporting (e.g., IRAS)
• Familiarity with internal control frameworks and corporate policies

The Job

• Maintain timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with internal and external requirements
• Prepare and post journal entries in SAP; reconcile accounts using Blackline
• Support statutory audits and prepare financial statements
• Coordinate tax filings including corporate, withholding, and indirect taxes
• Prepare income and deferred tax provisions and ensure compliance with global reporting standards
• Manage documentation for transfer pricing and entity profitability reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve accounting or tax issues
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and contribute to finance transformation projects
