Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and technicians in testing
• Develop, update, and maintain procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Ensure lab upkeep, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting of failures when necessary.
• Oversee daily lab activities, team scheduling, and inventory management to meet quality and operational needs.
• Assist Sales and Production teams in troubleshooting and technical investigations.
• Participate in safety and ISO activities, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience in polymer or plastics testing
• Prior exposure to quality assurance and ISO management
• Team player with good communication skills
