Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth handover from the sales team.
- Support day-to-day account servicing and client communications.
- Build rapport and trust with client stakeholders across HR, Marketing, and Operations.
- Coordinate campaign setup, reward listings, and platform updates.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support for client queries.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on platform usage and engagement trends.
- Interpret data to identify areas for improvement or potential new opportunities.
- Support automation and dashboard initiatives to streamline reporting processes.
- Shadow senior CSMs during client reviews and presentations for hands-on learning.
- Participate in internal process improvement and product enhancement discussions.
- Develop account management, communication, and analytical skills through on-the-job learning.
