• Serve as technical support to production: address and resolve manufacturing issues, deviations or process problems.
• Support engineering changes, manage deviation requests, update procedures, train staff, and qualify new or revised processes.
• Drive continuous improvement — support process streamlining, implement automation where feasible, and support improvement activities using workflow and digital tools.
