Job Description

• Manage Mixed-Use, Retail & Commercial projects across APAC
• Collaborate with designers & architects to develop unique architectural designs for architectural, facade and landscape assignments
• Analyze and proposes solutions to complex design issues
• Coordinate with client and consultants to solve the technical problems
• Lead Documentation of SD/DD drawings and monitor draft work
• You will prepare presentations from
• Oversee end to end process from concept stage to DD stage
• Assist with preparation of client presentations and attend project meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in Architecture with prior experience in retail settings
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other graphic presentation software
• Comfortable to travel (APAC)
