Responsibilities
GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
1. To assist in managing, administrating and supervising a group of subordinates.
2. Responsible of ensuring every subordinates abide by the company policies, rules and regulations, etc.
3. Responsible of executing and implementing company activities related to such as Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Safety & Health Management System, company policies, rules and regulations, etc.
4. Responsible of analyzing, organizing, coordinating and delegating jobs to the respective subordinates.
5. Responsible of executing and implementing instructions given by the immediate superior.
6. To assist in managing and administrating subordinates career development.
7. To assist in planning, organizing, coordinating and delegating jobs to the respective subordinates.
8. Responsible of dealing with confidential matters, business affairs and trade secrets of the company.
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS :
1. To assist the EMR in dealing with government agencies in the implementation of procedures compliant to legal requirements.
2. To assist in the administration of the internal audits.
3. To assist in ensuring compliance to the Quality Management System requirements.
4. To monitor and report on quality performance of the section and manufacturing department’s performance indices.
5. To liaise with relevant internal departments on all related issues.
6. To provide timely quality performance report.
7. To supervise the implementation of the calibration procedure.
8. To plan and perform calibration of equipment according to schedule.
9. To handle calibration recall and retrieval.
10. To ensure equipment traceability and calibration status are maintained.
11. To prepare calibration report and maintains calibration records.
12. To coordinate with external calibration bodies for equipment requiring external calibration.
13. To handle equipment breakdown and where necessary coordinate for external service and repair.
14. Follow-up till re-installation.
15. To perform MSA studies on key equipments.
16. To coordinate the compilation of SPC reports for all MCs for submission to customers.
17. To conduct SPC trainings where required.
18. To maintain the SPC program.
19. To execute any other duties assigned by the superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1. Degree in any Engineering/Quality Management/Science/Manufacturing Management or equilavent.
2. Minimum 3 years quality background with experience in Quality System/Environmental System in electronics manufacturing.
3. Capable of analyzing, solving problem and making decision.
4. Experienced in 8D and use of problem solving tools.
5.Mandarin language proficiency is essential due to the need to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
6. A team player with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
