Hiring: AWS Monitoring & Observability Engineer
Location: Singapore / Remote (Based on Project Requirements)

We are looking for an experienced AWS Monitoring & Observability Engineer to design, implement, and standardize monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboarding solutions across AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end monitoring and observability solutions across AWS infrastructure and applications.
- Configure and manage Amazon CloudWatch Metrics, Logs, Dashboards, Alarms, and Log Insights.
- Develop reusable dashboards using AWS Managed Grafana.
- Build monitoring solutions for EC2, ECS/Fargate, EKS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and other AWS services.
- Implement centralized logging, alerting, and operational visibility frameworks.
- Create reusable Terraform modules for monitoring and observability deployments.
- Configure SNS-based alert notifications through email and SMS.
- Integrate AWS Security Hub and GuardDuty into monitoring solutions.
- Develop executive, operational, infrastructure, and application dashboards.
- Prepare documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in AWS Cloud environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS CloudWatch (Metrics, Logs, Dashboards, Alarms, Log Insights).
- Experience with AWS Managed Grafana dashboard development.
- Strong Terraform experience for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience monitoring AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Load Balancers.
- Experience with SNS alerting and notification mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of monitoring and observability best practices.
Good to Have
- AWS X-Ray experience.
- AWS Security Hub and GuardDuty knowledge.
- AWS Well-Architected Framework understanding.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).
- Terraform Associate Certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale and multi-account AWS environments.
