Responsibilities:
Oversees daily facility operations, coordinate with vendors, and manages supply/inventory levels.
Facilitates office onboarding, new-hire orientation, and coordinates community events or services
Enforces health and safety standards across the facility for employees, guests, and third-party contractors
Maintains records of workplace costs
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or corporate administrative services.
Strong problem-solving abilities, good communications
Availability for flexible working hours based on operational needs or upon request
