We are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to support sales representatives by handling back-office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming purchase orders, verify pricing, track delivery timelines, and ensure prompt communication with customers regarding order status.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentation materials.
• Maintain accurate digital files and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) databases.
• Collaborate across marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of products or services.

Requirements

• Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT)
• Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
