JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and purchase automotive spare parts from suppliers in ChinaRequest and compare quotations to obtain the best pricing and delivery termsNegotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, and shipment schedulesPrepare purchase orders and monitor order progressFollow up on deliveries to ensure goods arrive on timeBuild and maintain good relationships with suppliers and business partnersMonitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availabilityPrepare purchasing reports and maintain proper documentationCoordinate with warehouse and other departments for smooth operations
