- Central-West
- 12 months contract
The Talent
- Min 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven experience in campaign management and driving business growth
- Experience in digital, subscription, or technology-related industries is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High level of attention to detail with strong communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in regional or international roles is preferred
Job Description
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to business goals
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Create clear and insight-driven marketing briefs for internal and external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, media, and local markets
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data-driven insights
- Lead post-campaign analysis and translate learnings into actionable improvements
- Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing initiatives
