Reporting Line: Seconded to Global Automobile OEM, Regional Logistics Team;

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in Automotive or Corporate Business.
• Proven background in Supply Chain / Logistics Management.
• Exposure to Customer Relationship Management and Team Management.
• Experience working with diverse cultures, languages, and mindsets.
• Prior roles as Project Manager, Purchaser, Consultant, or Logistics Manager in demanding functions.
• Solid track record with international freight forwarders, industrial, or trading companies.
• Auditor training (internal/external) in VDA or APQP standards.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills with leadership in conflict management.
• Familiarity with Lean Management principles.

Role Responsibilities

• Act as a consulting liaison between Empire Bison Logistics and Global Automobile OEM, Regional HQ.
• Provide logistics insights on INCO Terms, transport modes, and supply chain optimization.
• Support the Regional Logistics Team in operational and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely to ensure alignment with Mercedes Benz’s logistics framework.
• Deliver reports, presentations, and recommendations to regional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and international logistics practices.
