Job Description
- Assist in managing daily warehouse operations including opening and closing activities.
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Oversee receiving, unloading, and storage of incoming goods.
- Ensure accurate stock processing including picking, checking, packing, and stock returns.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper labeling and storage of goods.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues.
- Ensure delivery schedules are met and shipments are properly documented.
- Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and proper use of equipment.
- Support staff training, performance monitoring, and team development.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems is an advantage.
