Graphic DesignerJob Scope & Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative artwork for a wide range of printed materials, including banners, buntings, brochures, business cards, product labels, and other marketing collateral.
• Create promotional and digital marketing materials in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
• Liaise with clients to understand their design needs and ensure all deliverables align with their brand identity and objectives.
• Prepare mock-ups, visual concepts, and artwork previews for approval prior to production and printing.
• Perform photo retouching and image manipulation to produce high-quality, professional visual content.
• Ensure all artwork complies with technical specifications, including color accuracy, dimensions, bleed requirements, and print-ready resolution standards.
• Organize and maintain design files, project assets, and customer information in a systematic and efficient manner.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept development through to final product delivery.
• Complete assigned projects within established deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Assist with administrative and documentation tasks related to the design department when required.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

• Diploma or higher qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an added advantage.
• Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation.

Design Competencies

• Creative and capable of producing modern, visually appealing designs that align with current market trends.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate client requirements into effective visual communication and branding solutions.
