Primary Task

• Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Drive sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage and motivate staff to meet performance goals
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure store presentation and visual standards align with brand guidelines.

Requirement

• Education: Minimum SKM Level 2 / Diploma in any hospitality related courses
• Experience: At least 1 year work in a F&B retail industry.
