About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Temporary Telemarketers to support HKTDC's promotional campaigns, trade exhibitions, conferences, and business events. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective participants, maintaining customer databases, promoting events through telemarketing activities, and providing administrative support to ensure successful event participation and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote trade exhibitions, conferences, business matching activities, and other promotional projects.
- Invite and encourage potential participants, visitors, and business representatives to attend HKTDC events and programs.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with prospective participants regarding registrations, event details, and attendance confirmations.
- Handle inquiries from customers and provide accurate information about events and promotional activities.
- Support on-site event operations and attendee registration activities for local events when required.
- Prepare call reports, participation tracking records, and other project-related documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry to support project and event execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project team.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in telemarketing at least 1-2 years.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, event promotion, or call center environments will be an added advantage.

- Flexible and willing to support event activities when required.
Pay: RM3,499.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
