Job Description

• Prepare, plan, and cook daily meals for residents according to menu plans.
• Ensure food is prepared in a clean, safe, and hygienic manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and food storage areas.
• Assist in monitoring kitchen stock and inventory control.
• Follow food safety standards and SOPs at all times.
• Support overall kitchen operations and meal service.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Able to cook independently.
• Willing to learn and take instructions.
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness practices.
• Experience in kitchen, catering, or food preparation is an advantage.
