Job Descriptions:

• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitors.
• Content marketing. Plan, strategize and produce monthly content calendar for brands.
• Source, evaluate, and manage TikTok, XHS, IG Content Creators.
• Create content brief, review content, track performance.
• Social Platforms Management. Schedule, monitor and all posts and content activity. Respond to comments, inquiries and respond with other accounts to boost and grow the community and engagements.
• Stay on top of social media trends, trending topics and meme culture to incorporate into content.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications
• Good knowledge of beauty and cosmetic brands
• Active user of social media platforms with awareness of current trends
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
• Candidates with 0-2 years of working experience are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
