Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operation of all F&B outlets.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Monitor service standards and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections of restaurants, bars, kitchens, and service areas.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

Staff Management

  • Supervise and support F&B supervisors and service staff.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain staff discipline.

Financial & Cost Control

  • Monitor departmental budgets and operating expenses.
  • Control food and beverage costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Review daily sales reports and revenue performance.
  • Assist in menu pricing and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and stock control.

Food Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor adherence to HACCP and local health regulations.
  • Ensure all staff follow company SOPs and safety procedures.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Monitor stock levels and purchasing requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for product quality and delivery.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Minimize wastage and prevent stock losses.

Events & Banquets

  • Assist in planning and coordinating banquet functions and special events.
  • Ensure successful execution of events according to client requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support event operations.

Revenue Generation

  • Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and guest spending.
  • Assist in developing new menus and seasonal promotions.

Administration

  • Prepare operational reports and performance analysis.
  • Attend management meetings as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
  • Strong financial and cost-control awareness.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Conditions

  • Six (6) working days per week.
  • One (1) rest day per week, scheduled according to operational requirements.
  • Required to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
