As Production Technician in our plant-based beverage facility, you will play a key role to execute daily operations in plant-based beverage production lines. The ideal candidate have a good background in food and beverage manufacturing, a solid understanding of processing, blending and packaging equipment, and the ability to lead production lines shift activities while maintaining high standards in safety, product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, weigh & mix minor ingredients as given recipes.
- Operate & maintain process equipment according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and food safety standards are met.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Perform inline product quality checks as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Document production data in log sheet for output, product quality, critical & operational control points.
- Perform minor maintenance & troubleshoot process abnormalities with line leader or supervisor.
- Establish good communication within production and cross-functional team.
- Work closely with fellow operators as a team to achieve safety, quality and production goals.
- Attend operational & maintenance skill enhancement program as assigned by superior.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of production environment and equipment.
- Report safety related incidents and contribute to the safety awareness culture.
- Perform other duties as requested by senior production technician and supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level, with credit in maths and science subject
- Min 2 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing environment, with plant-based food products is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in HACCP, GMP and production QMS is advantages.
- Basic computer skill to operate production automation equipment
- Physically fit, reliable, and willing to work in shifts.
- Team-oriented, with a positive work attitude and attention to detail.
