Responsibilities
Job Scope:
-Handle daily accounting data entry and maintain accurate records
-Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
-Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
-Maintain proper filing system for accounting documents
-Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance matters
-Assist accountant/finance executive in ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements and Skills:
-Diploma in Accounting or related field
-Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
