We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a technology and digital solutions company.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions while helping shape the company's long-term people strategy. From talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management, compensation planning, organizational development, and governance, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and workforce excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
• Prior experience working within a Public Listed Company (PLC)
• Background in the IT, technology, or digital solutions industry is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR reporting

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
