We’re looking for a Project Architect Lead who can take ideas beyond drawings and concepts, transforming them into completed spaces that meet both functional and design objectives.

This role goes beyond producing architectural plans. You'll be leading projects from concept development to final completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior architects and designers, helping to develop talent while maintaining design excellence across every project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architecture or interior design
• Experience in a Project Lead, Senior Architect, or similar leadership role is preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• English proficiency is an added advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite
• Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction standards
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
