Provision of Care

· Administer safe nursing care in the form of accurate assessment, management and documentation so that patients’ needs are being met; consistently demonstrating work output expected from the required level of competence and performance for the job.

· Work effectively and cohesively with physician(s) and other multi-disciplinary healthcare team members outside the unit, to achieve optimal patient care across the continuum.

· Effective use of appropriate consumables in order to avoid pilferage and ensure adequate supply of consumables during procedure.

· Deliver essential information related to patients’ assessment and treatment in a timely manner by upholding patient and family right in relation to safety, privacy and confidentiality.

· Functions according to legislative, regulatory and policy guidelines relevant to the Malaysian Registered Nursing Practice.

Quality Improvement & Risk Management

· Execute and adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures and policies and achieve quality objectives and targets.

· Inform manager and address operating incidents and patient/family concerns regarding patient care and impacting the department objectives. Assist manager to identify stakeholders, and communicate and collaborate with them to detect and prevent risks of recurrent incidents.

Customer Service

· Collaborate effectively with other team members, doctors and other departments, Allied health, Clinical support through professionalism, effective communication and good customer services.

Professional Development

· Observe, monitor and provide corrective feedback to other team member in order to enhance team member skills and knowledge.

· Participate actively in learning and development interventions identified by company to acquire required knowledge and skills for current and/or future job.

Ensure attendance of continuing nursing education programs (CNE) and achieved sufficient CPD point for Annual Practicing Certificate renewal.

Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
- Experience minimum 3 years
- Valid LJM certificate
- Valid APC / Valid RON

- Familiar with nursing procedure
- Advantageous if can perform IV cannulation and PICC Inserction

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (7.30am -5pm / 8.30am -6pm) & saturday work half day
Fixed allowance up to RM550

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
