Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- Provide real-time support for online game players
- Assist players via chat / tickets / in-game support system
- Handle gameplay-related inquiries such as account issues, gameplay rules, bugs, and technical concerns
- Monitor and ensure smooth in-game experience for players
- Investigate and escalate game issues to relevant teams when needed
- Handle player complaints and provide professional solutions
- Moderate in-game behavior and ensure compliance with game policies (toxic behavior, cheating, etc.)
- Support community engagement and live operations activities
- Maintain service quality and response time targets (SLA)
Requirements :
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Passionate about online gaming
- Comfortable working in shift-based environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle high volume chat/ticket support
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or gaming support is an added advantage
Working Hours: 2:00PM - 11:00PM (shift)
