We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a growing technology solutions company specializing in AI-powered and digital identity solutions.

This role is focused on opening new doors, building strategic partnerships, and helping organizations modernize the way they operate. From engaging enterprise clients and presenting solutions to decision-makers, to managing complex sales cycles and securing new business opportunities, you'll play a key role in driving the company's growth.

You'll work with organizations across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, and the public sector, helping them adopt innovative solutions that improve efficiency, security, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or solution sales
• Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation
• Experience selling technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, or digital solutions
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing tenders, proposals, and enterprise sales cycles is an advantage
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close high-value deals
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
