• Monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate workflow and manpower allocation.
• Lead and manage operators and production workers.
• Conduct briefings and provide guidance to team members.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and promote a safe working environment.
• Report and investigate workplace incidents.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
