Key Responsibilities and Duties :-
- Plan, organize, and monitor overall store operations to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely material delivery for production.
- Oversee procurement, storage, and logistics activities to maintain optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and system updates.
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve operational targets and compliance with safety and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to resolve material shortages and avoid downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement plans for store operations.
Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain or warehouse management.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Authority :-
- Approve inventory adjustments within assigned limits.
- Authorize purchase requisitions and supplier selections within budget.
- Assign work tasks and evaluate staff performance.
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures and discipline when necessary.
Working Condition :-
- Mainly based in warehouse and office environment.
- May require site visits to suppliers or logistics partners.
- Occasionally work overtime or weekends during audits or peak operations.
- Involves moderate physical activities such as walking, lifting, and supervising warehouse operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-
- Inventory accuracy ≥ 98%.
- Zero stock-out incidents for production materials.
- On-time delivery performance ≥ 95%.
- Compliance with safety and ISO audit standards.
- Cost efficiency and adherence to budget limits.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
