Printing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing machines (Evo3DJetVarnish) to producehigh-quality printed materials in accordance with job specifications.
• Perform machine calibration, colour adjustment, registration alignment, and imagequality control to ensure consistent and accurate output.
• Carry out routine daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and preventive maintenance toensure optimal machine performance.
• Monitor printing processes and inspect work in progress and finished products toensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine operation, print quality,toner, paper feeding, and finishing units.
• Report machine malfunctions, abnormal conditions, or recurring issues promptly to thesupervisor or technical team.
• Ensure proper handling and loading of various paper types, media sizes, andconsumables.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance withcompany and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties within the department as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in operating digital printing machines.
• Strong ability to identify print defects (e.g. colour variation, misregistration, streaking)and make necessary adjustments during production.
• Good understanding of digital colour management, paper characteristics, and printfinishing processes.
• Basic mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills related to digital printingequipment.
• Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting production deadlines.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, job tickets, and workprocedures.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve knowledge of digital printing technology and materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
