Responsibilities
- Understanding in construction drawing and BQ specification
- Tendering for Main Contractor scope of work
- Calling sub trade contractor tender, prepare tender report
- Prepare monthly main and sub-contractor progress claim
- Conduct variation order assessment
- Preparing Final account
- Prior working experience in a contractor firm is preferable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
