Key Responsibilities :-

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and monitor Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO and project quality requirements.
• Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure quality records and documentation are properly maintained.

Quality Control (QC)

• Conduct site inspections and witness inspections with consultants and clients.
• Verify construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Inspect incoming materials and review test reports.
• Prepare inspection reports, QA/QC reports, checklists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Monitor rectification and closure of defects and NCRs.
• Coordinate laboratory and field testing activities.
• Ensure as-built quality records are complete before project handover.

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities on quality matters.
• Attend site meetings and quality review meetings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports.
• Support CCC documentation and project handover processes.

Job Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Construction Management/Building Technology or Related Engineering
• At least 2–5 years relevant QA/QC experiences

Technical Knowledge

• Construction drawings interpretation.
• Inspection and testing procedures.
• Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• ISO 9001 Quality Management.
• Malaysian construction standards and specifications.
• Familiarity with NCR, RFI, MIR, WIR, and ITP documentation.
• Knowledge of CIDB quality requirements is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
