Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage full cycle recruitment, coordinate interviews and support HR and payroll related administration. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth staffing operations.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with clients
• Prepare job postings and update recruitment status
• Prepare offer letters, contract renewals & HR letters
• Maintain employee records and track contract expiry
• Compile attendance, overtime & claims for payroll
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management
• Assist with invoicing reports and general HR tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• At least 1 year working experience (Preferred)
• Good communication in BM & English
• Able to commute/relocate to Bangi
