  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Employment Pass (EP), work permit, visa, and related hiring matters.
  • Assist clients throughout the employee onboarding and immigration process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and submit required documents for EP applications, renewals, cancellations, and related processes.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on application statuses, requirements, and timelines.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities, agencies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth processing of employment-related applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, application progress, and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations, labor laws, and company procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and effective communication.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in customer service, client servicing, HR operations, immigration, or administrative support are preferred.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, as the role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients from China.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
