• Monitoring the petty cash and the balance to be accurate, tally with the log book/record. BE should keep the petty cash money at all-time.
• BE in related areas mentioned under the BM Job Scope with full authorization and guidance of the said superior respectively.
• BE will also be assigned to specific job function of the administrative or maintenance staff as and when or should the need arises.
• Ensure all related government licenses, certificates or approvals are valid including statutory inspection certificates in respect of lifts, firefighting equipment, generators etc. T
• To make necessary arrangement before expirations of the above to maintain validity of all licenses and certificate at all times.
• Liaise with contractors, solicitors, auditors, utilities providers and relevant government authorities i.e. COB, TNB, SAJ, TM etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
