Responsibilities
Food Preparation Tasks
- Wash and clean vegetables, fruits and raw ingredients
-Cut, chop, slice, and portion ingredients according to recipes/SOP.
-Marinate and season ingredients as instructed.
-Prepare sauces, mixes, or basic components for cooking.
-Arrange ingredients for cooking.
Packing & Labelling
- Pack finished products according to order list
- Label products correctly (date, batch, outlet)
- Ensure items are sealed properly and ready for delivery.
Cleaning, Hygiene & Safety Compliance
-Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations.
-Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Wash equipment, trays, and utensils after use.
-Ensure proper waste disposal.
Stock Handling
-Assist in receiving and storing raw materials.
-Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practice.
-Inform supervisor if stock is low or damaged.
General Duties
- Support team members during peak production time.
-Follow instructions from Production Supervisor.
-Comply with company rules and safety regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. No experience required (training provided).
2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
3.Good teamwork and communication skills.
4.Willing to work shifts.
5.Physically fit to stand, lift and move safely.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
