- To keying all of customer orders and to ensure everything is in order such as selling price, date of delivery, printing specification, sufficient lead-time.
- Accountable to liaise with customer in respect of their delivery schedule and all incoming enquires.
- As a liaison with Planning Department on the inventory and production planning status.
- Handle for the monthly customer complaint report.
- Fully understand on the company’s products and its application; understand our machines ability and provide prompt info and suggestion to customer’s enquiry.
- Prepare monthly production schedule, capacity planning and product grade sizes.
- Coordinate with warehouse department on delivery matter.
- Follow-up on all the urgent orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Able to analyze and highlight abnormalities in orders and pricing.
- Assist in any ad-hoc project assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with 1 years related experience.
- Ability to work systematically and possess analytical thinking skills.
- Able to speak and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduate with the motivation and drive are also encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills.
- Good in analysis and reporting skills.
- Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Tactful in dealing with all parties & able to fulfil deadlines.
- Willing to work at Sungai Kapar Indah, Klang.
- Duration of contract is 6 months.
