Location: Eco Palladium, JB
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Saturday – Wednesday
Off Days: Thursday & Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and quotations.
- Manage filing and record-keeping of company documents.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle basic accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and account reconciliations.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
