JOB PURPOSE
To provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient management of pricing documentation, tender processes, and sales operations.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Perform financial analysis and documentation tasks, including preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate records for project costing sheets.
- Prepare comprehensive sales analysis materials, including the creation of charts, pivot tables, and data visualizations to assist in business reviews.
- Manage and document manufacturing authorization certificates (MAFs) and coordinate the administrative and compliance documentation required for tender submissions.
- Track, follow up on, and compile sales forecasts to assist with smooth operational flow.
- Carry out general ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales administration.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: Proficient with formulas, data organization, and managing large datasets.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word: Capable of drafting and formatting professional documents.
- Experience in PowerBI will be an advantage.
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
