Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support the company’s daily administrative, HR, and procurement operations. This role involves handling basic accounting support tasks, office administration, attendance monitoring, purchasing activities, and general documentation to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Description

  • Handle daily administrative and accounting support tasks
  • Perform attendance checking and update staff attendance records
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as arranging interviews and coordinating candidates
  • Issue official letters (e.g. warning letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
  • Assist in HR-related administrative duties
  • Manage procurement tasks including purchasing office/factory supplies and stationary
  • Prepare Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), and invoice documentation
  • Prepare Payment Voucher (PV) and handle petty cash records
  • Record, monitor, and reconcile petty cash transaction
  • Assist in renewal of company licenses and related documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for purchasing matters
  • Maintain proper filing system for all documents (physical and digital)
  • Perform other duties or ad-hoc task as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative work is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Working Days & Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
