About the Role Prominent Access Sdn Bhd is an established provider of industrial equipment, specializing in high-speed doors and loading bay solutions. We are seeking a professional and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and expand our business-to-business (B2B) portfolio within the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor regions. This role is designed for a disciplined individual focused on delivering technical solutions to corporate clients, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term commercial relationships.
What You Will Be Doing
- Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B accounts, focusing on manufacturing facilities, physical warehouses, and logistics centers across the designated territory.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct professional site assessments to understand client operational requirements and propose appropriate equipment solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and proposal submission to contract negotiation and closing.
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with facility managers, procurement officers, and key corporate decision-makers.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress utilizing the company's internal CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience Level: Candidates with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience are preferred; however, highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Professional Aptitude: A strong commitment to achieving sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and structured approach to business development.
- Communication Skills: Articulate and professional communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to manage a geographic territory effectively.
- Requirements: Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel consistently for client meetings within the Klang Valley.
