JOB PURPOSE
The Service Assistant is responsible for delivering comprehensive after-sales maintenance and repair support to ensure optimal product performance, high operational efficiency, and uninterrupted workflow. This role involves supporting customers throughout the product lifecycle, including product installation, calibration, configuration, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Support customers and In-house service after sales.
- Provide Installation, commission, and calibration of the new equipment’s.
- Maintain, service, and repair the equipment periodically.
- Conduct on-site inspections and equipment collection as maintenance required.
- Promote and sell service solutions including service contracts and maintenance packages to new and existing clients.
- Provide report to HOD/Immediate manager regarding product issues, customer trends, and potential enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or other relevant technical disciplines.
- Prior exposure to troubleshooting, commissioning, servicing, and repair activities will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Strong industry knowledge with relevant hands-on experience
- Relevant technical qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Proven experience in an electrical and/or installation environment.
- Computer literate with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer support, outreach, and engagement
- Excellent communication, service sales skills and Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
